Machu Picchu is known as the "Lost City of the Incas". In the case of Ilium, a bridge (presumeably a copy of the Golden Gate Bridge] has been installed at the location, although it is unclear what the purpose of the bridge would be. The purpose of the location in Ilium is for the crew of Savi, Harman, Ada, Daeman, and Hannah to pick up Odysseus.
